Once a property has been sourced and the purchase completed a scope of works and a full refurbishment programme is initiated at a cost agreed by the landlord.

1. Prior to purchase we survey the property to appraise the refurbishment work needed to bring it to the required standard for letting within the local authority “Good Landlord” scheme.
2. We obtain competitive quotes for completing the work required.
3. We oversee the work once sub-contractors start the job.
4. We keep the owner informed of progress with a weekly update by e-mail.
5. We notify the owner immediately if any changes to the original schedule become necessary.
6. We invite the owner to inspect and sign off the work once we are satisfied that the refurbishment is completed.
