Once a property has been
sourced and the purchase completed a scope of works and a full refurbishment
programme is initiated at a cost agreed by the landlord. |
1. Prior to purchase
we survey the property to appraise the refurbishment work needed to
bring it to the required standard for letting within the local authority
“Good Landlord” scheme. |
| 2. We obtain competitive quotes for completing the work required. |
| 3. We oversee the work once sub-contractors start the job. |
| 4. We keep the owner informed of progress with a weekly update by e-mail. |
5. We notify the owner
immediately if any changes to the original schedule become necessary. |
6. We invite the owner
to inspect and sign off the work once we are satisfied that the refurbishment
is completed. |
